As the second hire of the legal team, Crystal is responsible for overseeing legal operations and advising on team strategies, technology solutions and processes, and cross-team project management. Before making the transition in-house, Crystal worked in patent and complex commercial litigation practices as lead trial paralegal with law firms of Sidley Austin LLP, Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP, and Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. In her free time, she is either in the kitchen making dumplings or enjoying an action RPG video game.
