A creative and consultant, Joy started her journey on a traditional path working for Goldman Sachs and then getting a JD/MBA from Harvard University. Her life trajectory changed shortly after the bar exam when, while visiting family in India, she unexpectedly wound up with a Bollywood acting contract. She put her law career on hold and moved to Mumbai to see where the adventure would take her. Two things were born from this experience: a passion for creativity, and a management consulting firm called Quartz Consulting.
