Most of your contracts are probably older than ContractWorks’ CLM features

ContractWorks started as a repository product. While their CLM features are being released and tested, your legal team might struggle with:

  • Using an unproven workflow tool
  • Manually routing contracts for approval
  • Key legal clauses not being tracked and reported on
  • Not having a centralized place for contract-related communications
