In 2014, we founded Ironclad on two core beliefs: that contracts are at the core of every business, and that AI will make lawyers 100x more effective at their jobs.
What started in a San Francisco apartment has grown into a platform serving over 2,000 customers, from innovation leaders like Salesforce and OpenAI to global giants like Cisco and Shell. Along the way, we’ve transformed contracts from bottlenecks into business accelerators, creating tangible impact for the teams we serve.
Dan Springer, CEO
Today, we’re writing the next chapter in our story with tremendous excitement: Dan Springer is joining Ironclad as CEO. At the same time, our co-founder Jason Boehmig will step into the role of Executive Chairman. Jason will remain deeply involved in this new capacity, focusing his expertise on AI innovation and go-to-market strategies that continue to put our customers first.
“Dan is an extraordinary leader whom I have admired for many years. There is no better person to lead us into the next decade, and to ensure that our products keep customers at the forefront of the AI and contracts revolution. And perhaps most importantly, he deeply cares about people and is very much aligned with the core values of Ironclad.” – Jason Boehmig
With Dan’s leadership and Jason’s continued vision, we’re entering our next phase of growth and doubling down on transforming how the world works with contracts. From scaling enterprise businesses to expanding geographic reach and deepening customer support, we remain steadfast in our mission to power the world’s contracts.
We believe that the contract is the atomic unit of business, driving impact, accelerating the entire organization, and unlocking unprecedented business insights. We are excited to continue innovating for our customers and delivering solutions that make them more impactful and better partners to the business.
Thank you for being part of this journey!
