Ironclad and Microsoft Word are better together
Legal teams have been asking for this one, and we’re thrilled to deliver. Ironclad’s new Microsoft Word Add-in lets teams work where they work best—directly in Word—while maintaining all the power and governance of your CLM system.
What this means for legal teams:
- Draft, redline, and collaborate on contracts directly in Microsoft Word
- All your edits automatically sync back to Ironclad
- No more toggling between platforms or copy-pasting content
- Seamless connection to your Ironclad workflows throughout the process
Pull a document into Word from Ironclad
Getting started is simple. Just search for and download the Ironclad Add-in from the “Add-in” section available in Word and begin working with your contracts immediately.
Enhanced legal AI assistant capabilities
We’ve significantly upgraded Jurist with new features designed to streamline document analysis, contract negotiations, and template generation.
What’s new in Jurist:
- Document upload improvements: Upload contracts directly into the .docx editor for faster analysis
- Process transparency: View detailed process information when Jurist is working
- Table data extraction: Jurist can now extract data from .docx tables, ensuring no important information gets missed
- 9 new prompts: We’ve added new specialized prompts to help you quickly review contracts, identify risks, and track key obligations and deadlines
Updated prompt library
These enhancements make Jurist an even more powerful ally for legal teams looking to efficiently analyze contracts and identify potential issues before they become problems.
Stronger Salesforce integration
We know how important it is for your contract data to remain consistent between Ironclad and Salesforce. That’s why we’ve made several improvements to our Record Sync capabilities.
Key integration improvements:
- Auto-resuming sync: Record Sync will now automatically resume for properties in Ironclad that are updated to match their associated values in Salesforce
- Streamlined API calls: We’ve updated Record Sync to use fewer API calls to Salesforce, reducing the chance of hitting API limits and minimizing the possibility of errors or partial updates
- Configuration management: You can now import or overwrite existing Record Sync configurations without breaking connections between synced records
We’re offering early access to these Salesforce Record Sync enhancements ahead of our next release. If you’d like to enable early access, please reach out to your Ironclad Account Team or submit a support request.
In-app support widget
Getting help is now easier than ever with our new in-app support widget. If live chat is part of your success plan, you can connect with our team 24/7 directly from within Ironclad. If not, our chatbot will guide you to helpful resources and make it simple to submit a support ticket.
Interface improvements
We’ve also made it easier for admins to manage user access and update company settings:
- Grant users access to workflows or records directly from the Dashboard preview pane
- Quickly search by user name or email
- View available seats and filter users by seat type
- Company Settings page now automatically saves changes when you toggle settings
