OneTrust Third-Party Management and Ironclad integrate to help organizations take a risk-based approach to managing contracts with third parties. The OneTrust integration for Ironclad makes it easy for Ironclad customers to integrate their instance with an API key, and it lets teams streamline processes with pre-configured workflows and two-way sync, whether contracting on their own paper or their third parties’. This means that legal teams can now manage contracts with an embedded compliance framework, ensuring that each agreement aligns with the company’s regulatory obligations and standards.
Using the OneTrust integration, teams can:
- Launch a workflow in Ironclad from a list of vendors pulled in from OneTrust
- Map specific metadata on that vendor from OneTrust that teams want to include on specific workflows
- Launch a new Engagement on existing vendors in OneTrust based on the team’s defined processes and prevents approvals of the contract prior to the Engagement being approved in OneTrust
- Create a new vendor in OneTrust and prevent approvals of the contract prior to the vendor being approved in OneTrust
