When we relaunched the Ironclad Community earlier this year, we hoped it would become a place where customers could learn from one another, not just from Ironclad.
Since then, we’ve seen exactly that happen.
Customers have shared implementation tips, answered questions, exchanged best practices, and offered advice based on their own experiences. Some contributions are big, others are small, but together they make the community a more helpful place for everyone.
We thought the people behind those conversations deserved a little recognition.
That’s why we’re launching Ironclad Community Champions.
Why Champions?
Ironclad Community Champions recognizes customers who actively participate in the community and help others along the way.
Maybe you’ve shared something your team learned during an implementation. Maybe you’ve answered another customer’s question. Maybe you’ve attended Office Hours, provided product feedback, or started a discussion that led to a great conversation.
However you contribute, it matters.
As you participate, you’ll earn Champion badges on your profile and unlock new opportunities to get involved with the community, including customer feedback programs, recognition, exclusive experiences, and closer connections with Ironclad teams.
Three levels, one community
Ironclad Community Champions is designed to grow with your participation.
Rising Star is where every journey begins. It’s for members who are getting involved by building their profile, joining discussions, and becoming active in the community.
Power Player recognizes members who consistently contribute by sharing knowledge, participating in events, and helping other customers.
All-Star is our highest level, recognizing customers who regularly give back to the community through mentorship, advocacy, product feedback, and thought leadership.
In practice, earning activities look like sharing job openings at your company that require Ironclad experts on Job Exchange, attending Office Hours, or submitting an idea for a product or feature improvement you might have on Idea Exchange. No matter where you start, every contribution moves you forward.
A stronger community for everyone
One of the best parts of the Ironclad Community is that everyone has something different to share.
Some members bring years of experience. Others ask questions that spark helpful conversations. Some share practical tips they’ve picked up along the way. Others offer feedback that helps shape what’s next.
That’s exactly the kind of community we want to continue building.
Ironclad Community Champions isn’t about who’s posted the most or who’s been here the longest. It’s about recognizing the many different ways customers help one another succeed.
Join us
If you’re already part of the Ironclad Community, you’re well on your way.
Log in, join a discussion, attend an event, answer a question, or share something that’s worked for your team. Every contribution helps someone else and now, you’ll be recognized for it. And if you want to make that recognition official—and transferable, no matter where your career takes you—check out our new Ironclad Core Admin Certification, which also launches today. Many success plans include exam vouchers, so it may not cost you anything to get that sharable Credly badge.
Whether you level up as a Champion, earn your certification or do both, we can’t wait to see how far you’ll go with the Ironclad Community.
