At Ironclad, our number one priority is to help our customers drive impact. Whether that’s by speeding up their contracting process, increasing collaboration across their teams, or providing AI solutions to help them make better decisions, our focus has always been on our users. One big reason customers love us is because we integrate directly with so many of the best-in-breed tools they’re already using.
You can find the full list of current integrations in our partner hub, but today I’d like to highlight three of our most recent updates and additions: Dropbox Sign, Salesforce, and Zip.
Easily collect and manage eSignatures with Dropbox Sign
We’re excited to announce that today, HelloSign officially transitioned into becoming Dropbox Sign. Users who’ve grown to love HelloSign will see all of those same great benefits with Dropbox Sign to help their agreement-based workflows move faster.
Whether it’s an HR form or a sales agreement, Ironclad users can use Dropbox Sign to add an eSignature field to a contract and send out signature requests, all from directly within the Ironclad platform. With Dropbox Sign, users don’t have to start a separate workflow just for eSignatures collection; this simple integration helps users reduce errors, save time, and bring those eSignature workflows out of silos.
The Ironclad Dropbox Sign integration makes it easy to securely modify, resend, or delegate signatures as needed, whether on your desktop or mobile device. Dropbox Sign also offers built-in reminders – which lets you stop chasing paperwork, and instead frees up time for you to focus on more impactful projects.

Speed up your sales cycles with Salesforce
A massive store of critical information for sales and customer success teams lies directly in their contracts – which can help you speed up deal cycles and be much more accurate in your forecasting.
Available now on the Salesforce AppExchange, our newest Salesforce integration puts the power of Ironclad’s digital contracting directly in your sales cycle – allowing businesses to align their teams, processes, and data to make better, faster business contracts.
The integration brings your Salesforce data into the contracting process to increase speed and maintain data quality throughout the contracting lifecycle. Sales teams can kick off contracts from Salesforce, stay up to date on the cycle, search completed contracts, and include contract metadata in Salesforce reports and analytics to make contract data actionable. They can even approve contracts right from the Salesforce platform.
Customers can also integrate Salesforce CPQ with Ironclad to bring pricing and product information directly into their contracting workflows. Users have instant access to their contract data directly in Salesforce, which helps to speed up deal cycles and make forecasting much more accurate. Win!
Accelerate your procurement process with Zip
Procurement and legal teams often work hand in hand, but collaboration has historically been disjointed – lacking proper collaboration, communication, and visibility into where approvals are at any given moment. Ironclad’s new Zip integration allows procurement and legal teams to collaborate seamlessly and provide invaluable insights throughout the lifecycle of the procurement process.
The two-way integration enables any employee to initiate a spend request through Zip, which then automatically routes the request and accompanying contract to Ironclad for legal review and approval. Upon completion, approvals and completed contracts are transferred back to Zip to finalize the spend approval workflow. This new integration gives teams real-time insight into the status of all purchase approvals and allows for clear communication and configuration of workflows across both platforms.
The Zip-Ironclad partnership and integration aligns procurement and legal approvals, reduces workflow complexity, provides additional oversight controls, and drastically reduces the number of touchpoints involved in a transaction.
